Sexy Socks (Pty) Ltd operates in the clothing and textile industry, specialising in the wholesale and retail of socks and underwear.

2. Shipping policy

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, orders are processed within three (3) business days. Delivery is confirmed by email and fulfilled via reputable courier services. Delivery costs will be calculated at checkout and vary depending on the delivery address.

3. Return and Refunds policy

The provision of goods by Sexy Socks (Pty) Ltd is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, we will refund the client in full within 30 days. Customers may cancel orders, but cancellations may attract a 10% administration fee. If goods are defective or damaged on arrival, customers may request a replacement or refund within 30 days, subject to inspection. This does not affect your statutory rights.
